How do I book a tour?
You can book by contacting us through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance, especially during high season.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cash upon arrival (by arrangement).
Can I pay in USD or other currencies?
Yes, we accept USD and other major currencies. Final confirmation will be based on the agreed exchange rate.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for custom tours.
What is your payment policy for travel packages?
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your arrival in Bali.
Why don’t you list the prices for each tour or travel package?
The prices are dynamic and vary according to the season. We aim to offer the best price for the specific season. To get the most accurate rate, please send us the following details: tour dates, arrival and departure dates, number of participants, and the age of any children (if applicable). You can send this information to our email or WhatsApp, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Are your tours eco-friendly?
Yes. We focus on sustainable and eco-conscious travel, supporting local communities and minimizing environmental impact.
How can I recognize your guide when being picked up at the airport?
Our guide will be waiting in front of the arrival exit after you pass customs. They will be holding a signboard with your name. Please look carefully among the other people waiting. Once you find them, they will escort you to your hotel.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In case of extreme weather, we will adjust or reschedule the itinerary for your safety and comfort.
